About HCI

We began in 1978 as a Dealer servicing the industrial and commercial electronics maintenance and repair markets. During the 80's and 90's we shifted our focus more and more towards computer systems, networking, and communications.

Our two-way radio business was incorporated in 1992 and has evolved into the leading Motorola Dealership in the Houston area. We serve primarily the Houston metropolitan area but have customers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and other countries.

HCI is one of the largest two way radio sales and service organizations in North America and has been recognized many times by all our major brands for exceptional sales and service performance. Our team prides itself on taking care of our customers and acting as a trusted partner.

We stock the most common replacement parts in our Service Shop. Our Shop occupies 3,000 sq ft and is equipped with state of the art test, repair, programming, and engraving equipment. Our bench and field technicians average more than ten years experience installing and servicing all brands and types of two way radio and wireless communications equipment. 

We also provide many types of short and long-term maintenance contracts for two way radio, CCTV/Security, Access Controls, Broadband Wireless Communications (including WiFi), and Business VOIP Telephone Equiment and Service.
